This course will show you how you can encourage members of your team to develop skills they may need for their current job or future positions. As a manager, you are likely well aware of gaps in their experience and training, as well as what qualifications more advanced positions require, so you are in a unique position to offer advice. In this course, you’ll discover why doing this is important, along with some examples of possible development options you can suggest and coordinate. We also offer helpful tips on how to conduct a meeting in which you clearly discuss each aspect of the development opportunity with your employee and formulate an action plan.
Completing this course helps you identify skill development opportunities for every employee. The course is equivalent to 1 hour of Professional Development Units (PDU) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

- Step 1) Is the button greyed out? Check for a timer. Some courses will have the mark complete button disabled until the lesson timer runs out. Once the timer has elapsed, the mark complete button should no longer be greyed out and should allow you to press it.
I have tried the above but the mark complete button is still greyed out. In this case, please contact support at support@hwapps.org
